Does mrkSoftTest cover new features that
might have been introduced in 3.14.8?
If not: Are there other tests or suggestions how to test those on
HP-UX?
(This is by all means no complaint, I'm just uncertain what made it in
the distribution and how to test it.)

I have no idea - that's why I'm asking.
Device Support Extension Table? Simulation mode enhancements? Andrew's
mail of Oct 25th gives a list of things that could go into
3.14.8, but I never really saw a final list. Might have missed it.
