To whom it may concern:Today I started having trouble accessing the Bazaar repositories on the LaunchPad site. Any "pull" command would just hang forever. (That's on Windows, using the Bazaar Explorer or cygwin64 command line, through a tight firewall.)
I eventually found that updating my Windows OpenSSH client from 6.xx to 7.xx solved the issue. Seems that LaunchPad recently updated their server in a way that disables access for clients using a slightly outdated OpenSSL version. (Probably a security issue.)
