Make targets for CI

I just added 2 more make targets to all 3 branches that are intended for
CI use: clean-tests and test-results. Check out the Release Notes for
info; test-results runs 'prove --failures' in each test dir, and
clean-tests deletes old .tap and .xml files (allowing you to re-run all
the tests without having to do a rebuild).

I'll be on vacation next week, but I might still be active since it's
supposed to get a bit wet.
