I really don't think we can drop HPUX support at R3.14.7, since there are known bugs in it and we'd be leaving any HPUX sites that are using R3.14 high and dry. The only point of doing a tech-talk survey would be to determine if there are any such sites, which may be worth doing but I suspect the answer will be yes.
It sounds like mid-October may be a better release date for R3.14.8, to ensure that we have time to get it working on HPUX.
Does anyone have any significant code that should be committed? I have been wondering whether to install my device support extension code into R3.14.8, but I haven't done so yet (it is checked into the main trunk now though).
