Well, its pretty, but IMHO we can't standardize on that. If people want
frames, at least keep the non-frame version, and people can choose
to keep pointers to that instead of having to go through the frame page.
Why can't the non-frame pages have the index(es) at the top and/or bottom,
a common convention, and otherwise have the same content as the frame'd
pages?

Easier to just tell you when the links change (rarely).
