Dear all,

the EPICS workshop at CERN will now take place in two weeks and we are
about to be able to present a nice agenda to you.
The meeting will be held at CERN ( room to be announced)

The 25th is dedicated to trainings. The morning is more general while the
evening will also be used to go more into detail of installations etc.
Please let me know whether this fits your ideas of this day and how many
will join!
If the installation issues are not of enough importance we can extend the
more general introduction.
A CERN tour might be also arranged this day (evening).

The 26/27 will be the EPICS workshop on the topics metioned in the agenda.
We shall start with an introduction from all participants in order to get
to know the various installations and to understand each others specific
problems. If someone is not yet mentioned here - please let me know!
If someone is mentioned - and was not asked before - please confirm or
shout at me.

For our social programme a common dinner is proposed for thursday evening
and an additional visit to the main control room is proposed.

Please let me know whether you have additional points you would like to be
addressed and/or you would be willing to present.

The time-table will be prepared as soon as we've got your feedback and
we'll be able to rearrange the agenda.

Looking forward to see you all at CERN.

Matthias

p.s.
those of you who still did not register - think of it - it seems we'll be
having an interesting workshop!
