I will write a diagnostic routine to dump the data structures in the ca link code. There are several different possibilities that Jeff mentioned - also several different paths in the ca link code. I will contact Nick and Jeff on Monday and hopefully have something to shed light on the situation. Bob ps. For LEDA, this problem shows up as us loosing a signal to our Run Permnit.
