Many of the EPICS extensions are available for Windows. See the MEDM page at http://www.aps.anl.gov/epics/extensions/medm/index.php for the appropriate links. Read the Readme.txt for more information.

The link indicates that the most recent versions of MEDM available for the Microsoft Windows platform require Exceed 7.0. Previous versions of MEDM-Win32 provided compatibility libraries for those who do not use Exceed as an X window server.
