Hi,

thanks, that got it.  Turns out I was using version 2.4.3 whilst reading 
the latest documentation.

Getting it to build was interesting.  I had to change some deferred 
assignments to immediate assignments in the Makefile.Host - 
STRIP_HISTORY and HAVE_XMU.
