include ${EPICS_SEQUENCER_TOP_DIR}/configure/RULES_BUILD

Hello Emmanuel,

If you add that include line to your application's TOP/configure/RULES file, converting .st sources to .c files will work in all subdirectories without adding the include to every single Makefile.
