The next EPICS meeting is scheduled for the week of October 13th.

We are considering 2 days of training for 13, 14th. If you have
interest - please contact us for any topic that you would like to see as
a class and we will try to arrange for it.

The meeting would be 15, 16, 17th.

INFN will announce the web site and registration procedure shortly.

We wanted to put out a preliminary agenda and ask you to please sign up
to present the work that you've been doing.
There is a lot of work going on at all levels and it would be very
useful for us all to hear about it.

If you have entirely different topics to cover for various applications
- please submit it.
It would be great to have discussions on telescope and beam line
applications.

I am attaching the preliminary outline agenda.

We will try to schedule long afternoon breaks for break out sessions on
particular collaborative efforts - like IRMIS, SDDS, XAL, BluICE,
whatever your interests - feel free to schedule a side meeting on it.
