Thanks Kay!

I wasn't sure if the "EPICS PV Tree" was meant to replace probe or not.

When run the first time and the Welcome screen with the setup 
instructions is open, the Data Browser would not open--it doesn't look 
like it creates it's own perspective.  After I opened another 
perspective, the Data Browser opened and runs fine.
