Hi Liu,You do not need to change / set any switches on the hardware, the setup is software contolled (assuming you are using our 8002 carrier).Your VME64x crate should not need any configuing for interrupt operation from your carrier. I'm on an exhibition stand at FEL09 and several staff are on holiday at the moment. We will send you a direct email reponse shortly.
We now have a tested Asyn driver for the 8401 available that uses "I/O Intr" mode tested up to 20Khz.
