James Rowland converted the AppDevGuide to LaTeX at the last Codeathon - 
a great piece of work!

The bad news: all the errors and shortcomings are still there.
The good news: they are a lot easier to fix now.

Meanwhile we do have a whole family (aka group) of EPICS projects on 
Launchpad [1], the Application Developers Guide being one of them [2].

You are more than welcome to create bug reports, send patches, create 
branches and propose them for merging,.... (I do mean everyone here!)
