EDM display fonts problem under Fedora 13. [SEC=UNCLASSIFIED]

Dear all,

When we installed EDM (edm-12-33) with EPICS base-3.14.11 in Fedora 13 64 bit machine, we got problem with displaying fonts. The characters on each designed icon cannot be shown. We can only get very limited error information from EDM message box. The message indicates that "Cannot find default site font: [helvetica-medium-r-*.*]". We have done something following edm user's manual by creating sub directory /etc/edm and fonts.list file. We have also installed Microsoft true type fonts. However such actions do not help to fix problem. Can anyone provide us some suggestion and ideas? For your convenience, an image file from screen shot is attached with this email.
