We simply have patched base so that on
systems which support mlockall(2):
if the application is able (has appropriate privilege/resource limits) to use SCHED_FIFO then it tries mlockall(). If this fails (e.g., due to insufficient RLIMIT_MEMLOCK) a warning is printed. This way: if you give your IOC app privilege and resource limits to use SCHED_FIFO and mlockall then it will use them.
