Which tools are you using? EPICS Area Detector? Python code?It is generally possible to collect a waveform record from EPICS and write it to a NeXus data file with client programs written in various languages such as C++ or Python.

Hello, I tried to put, without success, a waveform record into a Nexus file. Is it possible? If not, is there a way, using Nexus plugin, to save an array without asyn address? Best regards, Juliano Murari LNLS - Brazil
