Dear all,
There are two questions to consult you, 1) the first problem is concerned with the medm font: i have alreay compiled the medm successfully, but there exists font problem. i tried to solve the problem by typing the following command in terminal window and restart fedora20 64bit, : # yum install xfs # yum install xorg-11-fonts-100dpi # cat medmfonts.ali.txt>>/usr/share/X11/fonts/misc/fonts.alias # /etc/init.d/xfs restart but the following messages still exists: medmInit: Unable to load font widgetDM_30 Trying default (fixed) instead medmInit: Unable to load font widgetDM_36 Trying default (fixed) instead medmInit: Unable to load font widgetDM_40 Trying default (fixed) instead medmInit: Unable to load font widgetDM_48 Trying default (fixed) instead medmInit: Unable to load font widgetDM_60 Trying default (fixed) instead MEDM Version 3.1.9: Loading aliased fonts................. 2) the second question is concerned with the object display problem in medm execute mode: A meter or other monitors that is created in newDisplay.adl (edited mode) will just display a wihte block in execute mode.
