You can see the latest timestamp on any displayed PV by right-mouse-button -> PV Info and then select the desired field. If you want the time displayed continuously then follow Mark's link.

Subject: Access TIME field of a PV
Hello,
I have a MEDM display with several text message PVs. The users want to know when the PVs last updated because they don’t update frequently, I thought it would be easy - I’d just display the TIME field next to the message, only to find that TIME is not accessible. So is there an easy way to display the last update time? I was hoping not to need to write code to do it.
