I have an SIS3280 that I want to use the inhibit count signal for (this can be done on input 4 in mode 2, for example). Unfortunately,I want to inhibit on a TTL low signal, while my SIS3820 requires an active high inhibit. The SIS3820 does support inverting the control inputs, by setting bit 19 in the Acquisition Operation Mode.
I didn't see it as a record in the documentation (http://cars9.uchicago.edu/software/epics/mcaStruck.html). Is there a way to do this from the EPICS driver? If not, is this something that you would consider adding to the driver?(I could invert the signal externally, but it would be nice to avoid that complication)
Thanks.
