Kay answered me , I thought that it was on the tech-talk (I still haven’t  fully understood the use of the techtalk…)

 

“The ics-web.sns.ornl.gov web server has been replaced by https://controlssoftware.sns.ornl.gov/

You can find the SNS CS-Studio / Eclipse builds there.

I am also facing same problem while updating CSS.

Please suggest new repository link (existing - http://ics-web.sns.ornl.gov/css/updates/) for update and install new features.

That SNS web server has been taken out of operation. Updated links to the Control System Studio software should be available from the http://controlsystemstudio.org/ website. Links on the EPICS websites should have been updated for the software that used to live there, except that I haven’t heard where EDM is moving to yet.
