That's one way, correct.

Note that since the Documentathon last year, the How-To Documents have been moved into their own Git-Hub repository that gets "built" (= converted into HTML) by ReadTheDocs.

Please contribute to the How-To pages by opening a Pull Request against https://github.com/epics-docs/how-tos.

Go to the EPICS web site, click "Log In" in the upper right corner. Once
you're logged in, a black title bar appears. Click "New" -> "Page" and
populate the title and the text using the appropriate blocks for
headings, paragraphs etc. Once you're done hit "Submit to Workflow".
Mention where you want your how-to to be linked from in the comment box.
The web admins will take it from there.
