You are aware that the repository has moved to https://epicsdeb.bnl.gov/debian/ a few years ago, right? This great work is done by your colleagues, so you should be. The old server has been left untouched, so waiting for updates there won't help much, I guess.

Also, the Debian packages of course all have version numbers.
