I am trying to run a simple softIocPVA. I created a boot directory for the ioc and copied softIocPVA and softIocPVA.dbd from the EPICS build tree to the boot directory. I am using the following st.cmd script:
The IOC starts as I expect in EPICS 7.0.3, but not in 7.0.4.1 In 7.0.4.1 the dbd file is not found and I get the following error message (I massaged the output and inserted <boot directory> for my lengthy IOC boot directory path):
