Dear Laura,
I've been recently working on a basic StreamDevice-based device support for a SQM-160 deposition monitor. Not sure if they share the same protocol, but if that helps you I can share what I have. It still misses some features I wanted to implement, though.
Best, Laurenz
Hello,
does anyone have EPICS device support for a quartz crystal microbalance controller, the model is SQC-310c (same as 310 but allows simultaneous readout of up to 4 QCMs). I need mainly the database file.
thanks,Laura
