Dohn Arms created a web page that shows the MAXv jumper positions for J12 and J13 for desired IRQ, Mode and Address settings. The web page not accessible outside ANL, but it is pure html/javascript so it can be saved and used locally.

You also need to set the address mode to something like “supervisory data” but I forget the exact setting and I don’t have access to our annotated manual today.
