If you're seeing this message you must be subscribed to either the qti-talk or hw-talk mailing lists, or possibly to both. It's July already (how time flies!) and there have been no postings to either of these lists yet this year. These lists only received one message each over the whole of 2018, so I'm coming to the conclusion that they aren't needed any more. I therefore propose to have them disabled or removed, although the archives will remain accessible through the EPICS website at APS. Any future conversations that would have taken place on them can happen on tech-talk instead.
