The Next Linear Collider is estimated to have over 1 million Process Variables and has chosen EPICS as the toolkit to use in the implementation. The manpower estimated to accomplish this job is 500 man-years.

SNS is being developed at 5 different laboratories and needs to be integrated at Oak Ridge National Laboratory in 2005.
