I just did a test on the VME crate in my office that loads the usual
EPICS modules, the sequencer, a database with about 20 channels, and a
set of subroutines. This is done using NFS on an MV167 25 MHZ cpu and
takes about 15 seconds from pushing the reset button to iocInit
complete.
