It is not necessary to export PGP outside of the USA since it has been
parallel developed in europe and is easily available from ftp sources outside
USA already. We can provide ftp sources inside and outside USA to avoid the
export problem.
Please note that while hackers may not be interested in Epics, there are
commercial companies that may like very much to get the source code. This
is much more valuable than most products due to source code distribution.
