You can create a script that automatically generates the links, and specify that the script should be invoked during every cvs checkout. You can also supply names of programs to run during updates and commits. Install the following in CVSROOT/modules : prod_name -o /../make_links -i /../save_links -u /../update_links prod_name Matt
