WRS Single Seat License Distribution

The distribution of vxWorks for single seat users will come directly from
Wind River Systems. To register the use of each of these single seat users
WRS has furnished the following questionaire. You will recieve CD's directly
from WRS from now on. You need to fill this out and send it to me to put this
in place. This is the method we will use if we move to Tornado. This is the
only notice.
