Since the time scale is seconds, you could get a pretty good look at
that PACT field by attaching the input link of, say, a BI record
scanned at 10 Hz, and monitoring the BI's VAL field.
If you needed better time resolution, you could make an infinite loop: A
WAIT record's output link (OUTN) triggers the (now passive) BI record,
whose FLNK triggers the WAIT record again. You can set the WAIT's
output delay (ODLY) in .017 sec increments. (If you set it to zero you
can run at kHz speeds, but you'll have to use dbpf at the VxWorks
prompt to break the loop, since you'll not be able to get a caPut in
edgewise once the loop is made :).
