Experimental Physics and Industrial Control System
Hi,
I should have thought the problem once more before I post a e-mail in this
mailing list.
As Thomas pointed out in his response to my question:
>X-structures) header-file. So I simply included '<X11/Xlibint.h>' in the
>appropriate source-files and it worked fine.
I have tested this method on our HP. Actually I replaced
#include <X11/Xlib.h>
with
#undef XLIB_ILLEGAL_ACCESS
#include <X11/Xlibint.h>
.
This trick works fine with X11R6 headers as well as X11 headers come with
HPUX. ( However, I got another problem with X11R6. this is another story.)
Moving to the new version of edd/dm as suggested by Deb and Andrew is
definitely better way. I'm looking forward to hearing an annoucement
of new realease.
