Updating to the latest CVS sounds like a good idea - the current EPICS
release appears to have an old version (1.3). Is this
deliberate or has it just been forgotten about?
Are there any compatability issues in using the latest
version (CVS 1.7) instead - are the repositories
compatible - and does that matter?
