The sequence record can do this, for each output link has an associated
delay (DLY1, DLY2. DLY3, ...). Set the SCAN field to EVENT.
The WAIT record can also do this. The field .ODLY specifies a delay before the
output link is executed. The advantage of the WAIT record is that one can
make the execution of the output link "conditional", based on a calculation
of the inputs. It also has the "reassignable" links.
The advantage of the sequence record is that you have 10 links. If .DLY1 is
set to .3 and all other .DLYx are set to 0, it executes all 10 links after
the delay.
In both cases, the resolution is the 16.6667 ms tick clock.
