As I recall you type et_wish or it_wish NOT aps_wish
tcl-dp is an RPC extension to tcl
tcl-blt is an plot extension to tcl
et_wish includes tcl/tk and two above extensions
it_wish is same except it also includes support for IDL
The EPICS SOURCE distribution page shows where you can get extensions.
EPICS documentation describes et_wish and it_wish
Claude Saunders is currently working on improved version of et_wish
