New database on R3.13.0alpha3 makes much connection between host and IOC when the IOC reads its database. This is confirmed easily by netstat (8). Some Unix system will exsorst its network resources and will make the IOC error. Sometimes I had a trouble when IOC reads the database. This problem isn't always fatal, but I think it shuold be solved. from monaka
