At APS/ASD we have been running epics base release R3.13.2 on about 73 iocs for
several weeks. This looks like a very good release.

We have found one bug, which also exists in release R3.13.1, that can be a
serious problem.

devVXStats.c

The stack size for cpuUsageTask is too small for mv172s, which do not have a
separate interrupt stack like the mv167. The same problem may exist on other
processors such as the powerPC. THIS CAN BE A SERIOUS PROBLEM.

I have modified

http://www.aps.anl.gov/asd/controls/epics/EpicsDocumentation/WWWPages/EpicsDoc.html

so that a Bug and fix report for R3.13.2 is available with the Release Notes.

If you want to just look at the Bug and Fix report it is at

http://www.aps.anl.gov/asd/controls/epics/EpicsDocumentation/ReleaseNotes/BugFix3.13.2.html

If any base developers have additional information to add to this report please
let me know.
