Dear all,

I don't quite know how I've managed to put off sending this message until
I am about to walk out of the door, but there it is. After 10 years I will
be leaving the Keck Observatory. For about half of that time we have been
using EPICS here with great success and I have much enjoyed being a part of
the EPICS community.

I am now leaving Hawaii and returning to the UK, where I will be doing
consultancy for Keck and other observatories. I would of course be willing
to consider EPICS consultancy too! By the way, v2.0.0 of the sequencer
will be coming out with the first alpha release of EPICS R3.14. It fully
supports the new OSI (OS-independent) layer and also accesses the under-
lying control system via an abstract PV (process variable) layer, which
should make, for example, a CDEV version very easy to provide.
