This may be a due to a difference between EPICS versions, but I would look very closely at all the link fields of that genSub record and make sure that they are all properly connected. From the error message above I would guess that the .OUTE link points to a PV name that exists in your JPL setup but doesn't at Keck. - Andrew -- Every great idea appears crazy to start with.
