Hi,
We set the DIP switch S4.5 to off, but we still get the same address range
error. Then we also set the DIP switch S5.4 to off as well. Then it
appears to be writing to the flash however it ends with the following error:

FLASH memory programming error: erase-phase write-phase verify-phase ;and
the Flash does not get programmed. Any idea's would be appreciated.

Hi Mark,

Are you sure that you've switched the DIP switch S4.5 to OFF ????

After that I used Till Straumann's method to program the bootrom

      http://www-csr.bessy.de/control/Hard/IOC/bootromDocEng.html

I've added my mini-HOWTO which I wrote for me. It also includes the output
from
162-Bug I saw at the console when I was programming the bootrom.

Hope this helps...

1) Default is that all switches of S4 are ON. Set S4.5 to OFF to boot 162bug
   from EPROM.

2) Switch power on and wait for "162-Bug>" prompt.
