You may need to change a startup script or setting of E5810A, though. The default "GPIB SICL Interface name" on HP2050A is "hpib" whereas it on HP5810A is "gpib0". After changing "hpib" in drvHpGpibConfig command in the startup script to "gpib0". EPICS software can establish the link and can control GP-IB devices under the LAN-GPIB box, HP5810A.
