Cexp-1.2 fixes a bug in the C++ exception handler initialization
(actually fixed in 1.1) and adds support for the G++ "init_priority"
attribute of static/global Ctors/Dtors.

Ah: and I added i386-rtems-gcc to the list of 'known-to be working'
platforms as I could confirm this personally...
