I placed the vmivme-2536 driver in the Keck Observatory ftp site
ftp keck.hawaii.edu
login as anonymous
cd outgoing/epics/drivers
You will need koDevLib (Keck Observatory -ko- enhancements to devLib)
and vmic2536.
There is a startup script that you will have to modify to your needs.
That script contains a vmic2536 configuration call that may be helpful
in getting you setup correctly.
