Eric Norun mentioned at RTEMS EPICS tutorial the RTEMS-4.7 kernel is
bootable under uCDIMM module.
That means RTEMS-4.7 kernel has included uCDIMM bsp?

The uCDIMM 5282 support is not yet in any released version of RTEMS.
You will need to get RTEMS directly from the OAR CVS repository. Check out a version from 2005-02-15.
You must have a fairly recent GNU toolset to build this. Here's what I used in my 'getAndBuild' script:

GCC=gcc-3.4.3
BINUTILS=binutils-2.15
NEWLIB=newlib-1.12.0
BINUTILSDIFF=20040519
GCCDIFF=
NEWLIBDIFF=

The patches are available from the OAR SOURCES directory.
