Hello, I have been looking at HippoDraw for a new project. The project wants to monitor both EPICS type channels and arbitruary channels from a simulator. They want to display multiple waveforms updating is real-time on Solaris and Linux boxes. It looks like using Python one can do this with HippoDraw pretty easilly but does anyone know of other graphics backend tools for this sort of general thing. I seem to recall striptool but I am not you could hook third party simulator outputs into it. Any names of free tools or products would be appreciated.
Regards and thanks for any replies,
Len
