Hi Eric,
I sent links to Joel S. for downloading my rtems port of the FreeBSD if_dc driver for Tulip "clone" cards and the vme-pci card driver as part of a mailing-list thread on a bug in the pc386 BSP build. However, he hasn't responded (no time, or interest, or whatever...).
Seeing as how you're a "steering committee" member, I thought I would forward the links to you for the two driver ports, and you can do whatever you like with them (maybe even try them out ;-) ):

Thanks very much. I've started the work to get these into the official RTEMS distribution.
In the meantime, how about posting a message to the EPICS "tech-talk" ([email protected]) mailing list announcing these drivers. I expect that there will be considerable interest in them (especially the SIS PCI/VME adapter).
How's everything else going up there in the Great White North?
