Would that account for the inability to read data from any of the
defined channels?
That depends how you're trying to read that data - if via CA then yes it
might be related to that issue.
'dbl' lists the channels, and 'dbnr' gives counts of the channel
types, but I can't access any data from the records.
You should be able to use 'dbpr <recordname>, <level>' to see the record
field values (level goes from 0 to 4) and watch them changing, which
will prove that the database scanning is working.
Please cut/paste the output from 'casr 2' which may give some more clues
with the CA problem.
The build works without error now, building the .so files with no
problem on 3.14.8.2, but can't pass the RTEMS or libCom/test
directories on the CVS download. Haven't worked on that problem
yet....
It shouldn't be trying to actually compile anything under src/RTEMS
unless you've told the build system that netbsd-x86 is a valid
cross-compiler host for the RTEMS platform (which it probably isn't).
The libCom/test area won't build from the CVS trunk at the moment,
although it should do from the R3.14 branch snapshot.
