Missing JCA web page?

Hi:

When was looking for possible JCA updates.
The APS EPICS page that lists all the extensions,

http://www.aps.anl.gov/epics/extensions/index.php

has both CAJ and JCA listed with pointers to

http://caj.cosylab.com/index.html

There, I find CAJ and a notice that JCA is only
available on the EPICS JCA page a ANL, with
a pointer to

http://www.aps.anl.gov/xfd/SoftDist/swBCDA/jca/index.html

.. which doesn't seem to work.
